Our auction office is an all weather, enclosed buyer check in enviroment equipped with a Generator and battery backup. All inventory and data is entered into our terminal server system, which allows for quick lookup of existing customers and purchased items. The computerized cashier system allows for credit card, cash and check payments
Our cashier and clerking system is mobile
which allows us to easily transport all of our data and registered buyers totally over 1,000 customers to your personal site to make your onsite personal auction a smooth continous process.

We offer one of the most competitive commision rates in Central Texas with fast settlement payments, free unloading and loading. Hauling also available, please inquire at office for more information. Please remember no junk ,garage sale items, or tires without rims are allowed in sale.
All consignments MUST be in place and viewing completed by 6pm Friday. Lot will then be closed until 7am Saturday morning. This will be a large Auction and we will be running two auction lines most of the day, so bring a friend.

Description of consignments are deem to be true and are listed as the consignors described them. Auctioneer takes no responsibility for descriptions or condition.

Terms of Sale
All purchases must be paid in full the day of the sale. Cash or approved checks with the Proper ID.
NO DRAFTS: Visa, MasterCard and Discover CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED All credit card use will be charged a 3% office charge. No Gift or Reedemable cards will be accepted. We do not issue refunds for any merchandise purchased.
"Everything will sell as is where is" Announcements made from the auction block take precedence over previous announcements or preprinted materials. All vehicles must have a clear title registered in the name of the person consigning it. All trailers must have a title or registration reciept, and in the name of the person consigning it. If you buy a vehicle you must show libility insurance before you drive it off the lot.
You must have a valid Ag/Timber or resale certificate on file or presented to office when you register to obtain tax exemptions.
