Our auction office is an all weather, enclosed buyer check in enviroment equipped with a Generator and battery backup. All inventory and data is entered into our terminal server system, which allows for quick lookup of existing customers and purchased items. The computerized cashier system allows for credit card, cash and check payments

We offer one of the most competitive commission rates in Central Texas with fast settlement payments, free unloading and loading. Hauling also available, please inquire at office for more information. Please remember no junk ,garage sale items, old no run weed eaters and cordless drills or tires without rims, etc. items that have no resell value. There will be a Flat commission charge of $20 on any one item that sells for $200 or less. We reserve the right to refuse items we deem to not be of value to be auctioned. Items will be unloaded with forklifts, so palletize or load accordingly.         
  All consignments MUST be in place and viewing completed by 6pm Friday. Lot will then be closed until 7:30am Saturday morning.

Description of consignments are deem to be true and are listed as the consignors described them. Auctioneer takes no responsibility for descriptions or condition. Guns sell at 10 am

Terms of Sale
All purchases must be paid in full the day of the sale.  Cash or approved checks with the Proper ID.
 NO DRAFTS: Visa, MasterCard and Discover CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED  No Gift or Reedemable cards will be accepted. A 4% Convenience Fee will be charged if you pay with a credit card.  We do not issue refunds for any merchandise purchased. 
"Everything will sell as is where is" Announcements made from the auction block take precedence over previous announcements or pre-printed materials. All vehicles must have a clear title registered in the name of the person consigning it.  All trailers must have a title or registration receipt,  and in the name of the person consigning it.  BUYER is solely responsible for identifying and verifying Vin#s and Model #s. Rosenbusch Auctioneer Service acts only as a sales agent and does not guarantee or warranty any missing or mis-labelled Vin or Model numbers, nor will any refunds be giving for buyer not checking before buying    If you buy a vehicle you must show liability insurance before you drive it off the lot, and all titles will be assigned, no open titles
You must have a valid Ag/Timber or resale certificate on file or presented to office when you register to obtain tax exemptions. Check yours, Some expire in 2023
