TERMS OF SALE
All purchases must be paid in full the day of the sale. Cash or approved checks with the Proper ID( Green cards or any out country IDs must pay Cash) for on site purchases. Tuesday 4pm online purchasers should be paid in full.
Visa, MasterCard and Discover CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
No Gift or Reedemable cards will be accepted. A 4% Convenience Fee will be charged if you pay with a credit card.
we will accept wire transfers from online bidders with a $15 charge. Online bidders are responsible for contacting the auction company for payment. WIRE TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE NO LATER THAN 12 NOON ON MONDAY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE IT BY 4 O'CLOCK ON MONDAY
We do not issue refunds for any merchandise purchased.
"Everything will sell as is where is" Announcements made from the auction block take precedence over previous announcements or pre-printed materials.
All vehicles must have a clear title registered in the name of the person consigning it.
All trailers must have a title or registration receipt in the name of the person consigning it.
BUYER is solely responsible for identifying and verifying Vin#s and Model #s.
Rosenbusch Auctioneer Service acts only as a sales agent and does not guarantee or warranty any missing or mislabeled Vin or Model numbers, nor will any refunds be given for buyers not checking before buying
If you buy a vehicle you must show liability insurance before you drive it off the lot, and all titles will be assigned, no open titles
Titles will be mailed in 10 BUSINESS days. We take no RESPONSIBILITY for lost titles in the mail
